Plastic Companies Enterprises

The Clark Enersen Partners designed a 16,000-square-foot new main office and warehouse/maintenance facility for Plastic Companies Enterprises. The $2 million project was completed as part of a Design-Build process with Hausmann Construction.

The office portion of the building features a tri-color brick veneer with cast stone banding. The main entrance is set off by metal rainscreen panels that extend vertically, accentuating the high volume and clerestory windows that bring natural light into facility. The lobby, reception area and 15 offices surround an open workstation area and a central conference room. The office section also features a fitness facility, shower area, and breakrooms.

The warehouse portion of the facility, at the rear of the building, is a pre-engineered metal structure. This area features a large open area that can be used for storage, maintenance and shipping/receiving to meet immediate needs, and also can house manufacturing operations in the future. A service dock is located in the rear. The facility was designed for two future expansions of 100 feet.

We are currently working on additional facility for PCE to house Geist Manufacturing, a division of PCE. The new 87,357-square-foot building will include 38,535 square feet of office and testing areas, and 48,823 square feet of production and warehouse space.
