The Developer, 48th Street Investments, L.L.C, is requesting bids for furnishing labor, materials, and performing all necessary work for construction of the project titled "Square at 48 - TIF”

The project work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment Concrete Flatwork at the Square at 48 - TIF and associated incidental items of work as specified in the contract specification and indicated on the drawings.

Sealed bids will be received by 48th Street Investments, L.L.C., c/o Tim Gergen (The Clark Enersen Partners), on or before 1:00 p.m., local time, Friday, May 12, 2017, at 1010 Lincoln Mall Suite 200, Lincoln, NE, 68508. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at The Clark Enersen Partners at 1:00 p.m., local time on the aforementioned date. No faxed bids allowed.

The Engineer is the Clark Enersen Partners and all communication relative to the work prior to the opening of bids shall be directed to Tim Gergen via email The Engineers address is 1010 Lincoln Mall, Suite 200, Lincoln, Nebraska 68508.

The successful bidder may be asked to supply a Performance Bond executed by a corporate surety licensed in the State of Nebraska in an amount equal to 100 percent of the contract price as part of his contract. This will be at the Developer’s discretion.

48th Street Investments, L.L.C. reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted and to hold as many bids as it desires for consideration for a period of thirty (30) days after the bids are open. Lowest responsible bidder will be awarded the project.

Bidders should take caution if U.S. mail or mail delivery services are used for the submission of bids. Mailing should be made in sufficient time for bids to arrive at The Clark Enersen Partners office, prior to the time and date specified above.
