CSU South Campus Master Plan

CSU South Campus Master Plan

The Clark Enersen Partners worked with Colorado State University, Tetrad Property Group, and other consultants and stakeholders to develop a master plan for their College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences campus (aka South Campus).  This plan establishes a physical campus framework that integrates the immediate and strategic goals of the College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences (CVMBS) and Colorado State University (CSU) by:
  • Maximize the utilization of land available on the South Campus
  • Encouraging the efficient use of space in existing facilities
  • Allowing flexibility in planning for future facilities and technology
  • Establishing a functional and secure campus circulation network
  • Promoting an environment that supports academic, research, and clinical excellence to attract and retain students, faculty, and staff
The Campus Master Plan establishes a development framework for a 21st century veterinary medical campus and creates a campus environment that truly reflects the College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences’ tradition of excellence. It identifies opportunities to improve the functionality of campus by ensuring compatibility between adjacent campus uses and balancing academic, research, and clinical components. The identified building locations and floorplates are intended to allow flexibility in final design to accommodate changes in academic programming and technology
