Midland University - Miller Residence Hall

Midland University selected The Clark Enersen Partners for the design of a new residence hall to replace the Men’s Memorial Hall as part of a phased campus investment to create comfortable, contemporary spaces for students.

The new, modern living and learning environment will provide 98 beds and will take shape in the same footprint as the existing hall. The design of the sophomore-level co-ed residence illustrates the institution's emphasis on social engagement to help students build relationships and make connections that foster their academic success. Miller Hall will feature suite-style living with the majority of students having a private bedroom and shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room, depending on the floor plan. Several ADA compliant suites will also be included. Additional amenities include student lounges, study rooms, and laundry facilities on each floor. The main floor will offer kitchen facilities, a fireplace, outdoor patio, meeting spaces, and a Residence Hall Director suite and office.

The new residence will begin construction in early spring of 2019 and completion is expected by fall of 2020.
