Project Information

The Work of the Project consists of a gymnasium addition, kitchen renovation, classroom renovation, and related infrastructure improvements all as shown in more detail in the plans, drawings, and specifications prepared by Architect.

Bid Submittal and Opening

The Owner — Seward County School District 80-0567, Centennial Public School — will receive sealed lump bids until the bid time and date at the location given below.  Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instruction to Bidders issued by Owner, and delivered as follows:

Bid Date:  December 11, 2025
Bid Time:  2:00pm, local time — Any bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened.
Location:  Centennial School Superintendent — 1301 Centennial Avenue, Utica, NE 68456
Faxed or Electronic Bids:  Not Allowed

Bids will be thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.

Pre-Bid Meeting

A Prebid meeting for all bidders will be held at Centennial Public School, 1301 Centennial Avenue, Utica, NE 68456 on November 18 at 3:00pm local time.  Prospective prime bidders are invited to attend.

Bidders’ Questions:  Architect will provide responses to bidders’ questions at Prebid Conference by Addendum.
