Project Information

The Work of the Project involves replacement of bleachers in the south gymnasium at Freeman Public Schools, 415 8th Street, Adams, Nebraska 68301.

Bid Submittal and Opening

The Owner — Gage County School District 34-0034, commonly known as Freeman Public Schools — will receive sealed lump bids until the bid time and date at the location given below.  Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instruction to Bidders issued by Owner, and delivered as follows:

Bid Date:  December 18, 2025
Bid Time:  2:00pm, local time — Any bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened.
Location:  Freeman Public Schools, Attn: Superintendent, 415 8th Street, Adams, Nebraska 68301
Faxed or Electronic Bids:  Not Allowed

Bids will be thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.

Pre-Bid Meeting

There will be no scheduled pre-bid meeting, Bidders may visit the project site to familiarize themselves with the site conditions. All site visits must be coordinated with the School District by contacting the Superintendent, Andrew Havelka, at 402-988-2525 or andrew.havelka@freemanschools.net. Visiting the project site is not a mandatory requirement for submission of a bid, however, request for additional cost resulting from existing conditions that are readily visible will not be considered.
