Project Information

The Work of the Project involves multiple additions and renovation, including but not necessarily limited to renovation and expansion of the administration offices, addition of daycare and pre-school classroom building, addition of four classrooms, addition of locker rooms and weight room, addition of activities entrance with concessions, addition of fire suppression and electrical improvements throughout the existing facility, replacement of bleachers in the gym.

Bid Submittal and Opening

The Owner — Heartland Community Schools — will receive sealed lump bids until the bid time and date at the location given below.  Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instruction to Bidders issued by Owner, and delivered as follows:

Bid Date:  June 6, 2023
Bid Time:  2:00pm, local time — Any bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened.
Location:  Heartland Community Schools – 1501 Front Street, Henderson, Nebraska 68371
Faxed or Electronic Bids:  Not Allowed

Bids will be thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.

Pre-Bid Meeting

A Prebid meeting for all bidders will be held at Heartland Community Schools, 1501 Front Street, Henderson, NE at 2:00 PM local time on May 23, 2023.  Prospective prime bidders are requested to attend.

Bidders’ Questions:  Architect will provide responses to bidders’ questions at Prebid Conference by Addendum.
