Project Information

The Project, located at 2163 County Road G, Hooper, NE 68031, consists of remodeling and new addition of elementary classroom and adjacent facilities as shown in more detail in the plans, drawings, and specifications prepared by the Architect.

Bid Submittal and Opening

The Owner — Dodge County School District No. 27-0594, commonly known as Logan View Public Schools — will receive sealed lump bids until the bid time and date at the location given below.  Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instruction to Bidders issued by Owner, and delivered as follows:

Bid Date:  June 9, 2022
Bid Time:  1:00pm, local time — Any bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened.
Location:  Logan View Public Schools, Superintendent, 2163 County Road G, Hooper, NE 68031
Faxed or Electronic Bids:  Not Allowed

Bids will be thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.

Pre-Bid Meeting

A Prebid meeting for all bidders will be held at Logan View Elementary School, 2163 County Road G, Hooper, NE 68031, on June 9, 2022, at 1:00 PM local time.  Prospective prime bidders are requested to attend.

Bidders’ Questions:  Architect will provide responses to bidders’ questions at Prebid Conference by Addendum.
