Project Information

The Work in this Project includes new construction of three (3) additional cabins and the associated site work..  The Cabins will be concrete foundations with wood framed walls and roof.  The Cabins will be clad with fiber cement siding; exterior doors will be composite and windows will be metal clad and 1” insulated low-e glazing; roof will be asphalt shingles.

Bid Submittal and Opening

Bids will be publicly opened, read aloud, and tabulated at the time and place specified. If auxiliary aids or reasonable accommodations are needed for attendance at the bid opening, please call 402-471-5571, or for persons with hearing impairments please call the Nebraska Relay System, 800-833-7352 TDD or 800-833-0920 VOICE.  Advance notice of seven days is needed when requesting an interpreter.

Bidding Documents are also on file for Sub-Contractor’s/Bidder’s use at Lincoln Builder’s Bureau, 5910 South 58th Street, Lincoln, NE 68516, and a builders plan exchange or Chamber of Commerce local to the project being bid.
