Project Information

Dodge County School District No. 27-0595, commonly known as North Bend Central Public Schools (the “District”), is requesting bids from qualified individuals or entities for an HVAC improvement project at North Bend Central Elementary. The project location is 420 East 11th Street, North Bend NE 68649. The project site will be available for work to commence immediately on or about May 25, 2022. The abatement contractor will be scheduled to complete flooring remediation from May 14 to May 25, coordinated scheduling of work between contractors can take place during this time period. Construction shall be completed no later than August 4, 2022.

Bid Submittal and Opening

Bids must be made on the bid form contained in the Bidding Documents. One (1) completed copy of the bid form, signed by the bidder, shall be addressed and delivered to the location below.

Bid Time:  2:00pm, local time — Any bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened.

Bids will be thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.
