Twin River Public Schools PK-12 School Building Project RFP

Project Information

The Work of the Project will consist of a PK-12 school building with approximately 130,000 sq ft of program space, either on a new green field site or located on the existing site with partial demolition and site improvement.

RFP Submittal

The Owner — Twin River Public Schools — will receive twelve (12) hard copies of the Proposal, along with one (1) electronic PDF copy on USB Flash Drive and all required documents shall be delivered in a sealed opaque envelope with the CM’s name, address, and telephone number clearly marked on the cover to Superintendent Jason Schapmann, Twin River Public Schools, 816 Willard Avenue, Genoa, NE 68640.

RFP Submittal Time:  12:00pm, local time — Any bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened.

Property Inspection

All interested parties should contact Superintendent Jason Schapmann at jschapmann@twinriver.esu7.org to schedule a time to view the existing school sites and buildings.

Project Architect:  The Architect for the Project is Tim Ripp at Clark & Enersen, tim.ripp@clarkenersen.com. All questions, clarification, or interpretations of the proposal documents regarding the Project or this RFP should be directed to the Architect or District legal counsel.
