Project Information

The Work of the Project consists of construction of a geothermal well field, replacement of HVAC equipment, modification of existing and/or construction of new piping, ductwork, electrical, and structural components, and related infrastructure improvements all as shown in more detail in the plans, drawings, and specifications prepared by Architect.

Bid Submittal and Opening

The Owner — Cass County School District 13-0022 Weeping Water Public Schools — will receive sealed lump bids until the bid time and date at the location given below.  Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instruction to Bidders issued by Owner, and delivered as follows:

Bid Date:  November 6, 2025
Bid Time:  2:00pm, local time — Any bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened.
Location:  Weeping Water Public Schools, Attn: Superintendent, 204 West O Street, Weeping Water, NE 68463
Faxed, Electronic, & Telephone Bids:  Not Allowed

Bids will be thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.

Pre-Bid Meeting

A Prebid meeting for all bidders will be held at Weeping Water Public Schools on October 20, 2025 at 2:00 PM local time.

Bidders’ Questions:  Architect will provide responses to bidders’ questions at Prebid Conference by Addendum.
