Health 360 Integrated Care Clinic, Adaptive Reuse Renovation
Health 360 is the realization of a vision between Lutheran Family Services of Nebraska and the People’s Health Center. This new facility allows the partnership to expand its mission of providing a fully integrated one-stop location for healthcare services for Lincoln’s low-income and most vulnerable citizens.
Studies have shown that people with mental and substance abuse disorders die much sooner than the average population as they are more prone to developing other treatable diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, obesity, and cardiovascular disease.
By offering mental health, substance abuse, dental, primary health care and on-site pharmacy, Health 360 is able to provide a holistic care to those who would otherwise go untreated and help them to lead more healthy and productive lives. The Health 360 facility was an adaptive re-use of a former Office Max store in Downtown Lincoln that opened in 2016.
